Veil Jourde, advisor to Evolem in its acquisition of a stake in Investronic

Veil Jourde advises the family office Evolem on its acquisition of a majority stake in Investronic Group, a leading provider of robotization, industrial automation and precision quality control solutions.

Since its creation in 2002 by Christophe Dufresne, Investronic has developed cutting-edge R&D expertise in vision, robotics and artificial intelligence. With 100 employees and sales of €25 million, the group develops over 200 projects a year, targeting demanding sectors such as watchmaking, luxury goods, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.

The investment by the family office set up by Bruno Rousset, founder of APRIL, is designed to support Investronic’s growth and build a European leader in precision automation and robotics.
This operation enables Evolem, which mainly supports initiatives in the fields of entrepreneurship, employment, education and the environment, to open a new strategic pole, and to address diversified and dynamic markets in which automation and robotics are key to sustaining long-term growth.
