Veil Jourde, advisor to LFPI and Snadec on the acquisition of Goiran

Veil Jourde advised the Snadec Group and its shareholder LFPI on the acquisition of the Goiran Group, a recognized player in the sanitation sector in the Alpes-Maritimes region.

Founded over 40 years ago, Goiran is a family-owned company specializing in sanitation services (septic tank emptying, cleaning, unblocking, and network maintenance).

With strong relationships built on trust with local authorities, professionals, and individuals, it has a local presence that makes it a key player in the sector in the region.

Through the acquisition of Goiran, Snadec is strengthening its territorial network, thereby consolidating its role as a national player in sanitation, a historic business and a cornerstone of the group’s development strategy.
