Veil Jourde advises the Centre Val de Loire Region on the implementation of the first TSDI signed by a local authority

The Alvance wheels plant was able to maintain its activity thanks to a takeover bid from EDS Holding. To facilitate the takeover, financial assistance of €60 million was made available in the form of subsidies and subsidised loans, with the participation of the French government and the Fonds Avenir Automobile. Part of these funds was mobilised by the Centre Val de Loire Region, which opted to set up a perpetual subordinated notes (TSDI) contract.
