Veil Jourde advises IRP and IMFM on the arrival of a new reference partner for the Excellence Imagerie Group

Veil Jourde is advising the Institut de Radiologie de Paris (IRP) and the Centre Faidherbe-Mont-Louis (IMFM), two of Excellence Imagerie’s four centres, on the arrival of Antin Infrastructure Partners alongside the group’s radiologists and its current shareholder, UI Investissement.

This alliance will support the group’s growth and investment plan by extending its reach through collaborations with radiologists nationwide. IRP and IMFM are being advised in this transaction by Veil Jourde, with Laurent Jobert, partner, Albéric Duhamel Delattre, Nassim Ahmin and Paul Alric, associates, on the contractual and corporate/legal aspects; Charlotte Bittermann, associate, on the tax aspects.
