Veil Jourde, advisor to TRAIL in the acquisition of a group of companies to create AresMMA

Veil Jourde advises TRAIL, via its SLAM fund, in the acquisition of a group of companies in the mixed martial arts “MMA” sector and the creation of a single group: Ares MMA.

This acquisition of Ares Fighting Championship, Management Factory, FBC Production and Fight Management – companies which have detected, trained and produced numerous recognized combat sports athletes – is carried out in association with Ciryl Gane, MMA champion .

It should enable the new group to develop in Europe, the Middle East and Africa thanks to SLAM’s know-how in terms of geographic growth and operational performance, as well as the benefit of its ecosystem crossing the sectors of Sport, Luxury, Art and Music, in order to offer a sporting and innovative experience of the highest quality.
In this operation, TRAIL was advised by the Veil Jourde firm, with Laurent Jobert and Vincent Ramel, partners, and Nassim Ahmin, associate, on the corporate and contractual aspects; as well as Pauline Larroque-Daran, partner, and Ismaël Koné, counsel, on social aspects.
