Veil Jourde advises the managers of Assystem’s “Pacific” subsidiaries as part of their MBO

Veil Jourde advises the managers of the Pacific subsidiaries – Polynesia and New Caledonia – of Assystem, an international engineering group, in the context of the MBO led by Mr. Jocelyn Debrigode allowing them to take over 100% of the capital of these structures having generated 15 .6 million euros in 2023.

The structuring of this operation was favored by the evolution of tax legislation in French Polynesia with the possibility offered since 2022/2023 of creating tax integration between Polynesian companies.

For more than 20 years, Assystem Pacifique has been developing its skills in systems engineering and mastery of technologies in the naval, medical, security, industrial and telecommunications fields in Polynesia and New Caledonia. Assystem Pacifique has thus participated in the creation of several security measures for sensitive sites, and also supports major players in the field of health in these two territories, as well as in Wallis and Futuna.

In this operation, the managers of Assystem Pacifique were advised by the Veil Jourde firm, with Benoît Gréteau, partner, on the tax aspects.
